Thank you so much for the time you spent with me when I came to see you in early February about a skin problem on my legs which I have had for the past three years. In the past the symptoms have returned again and again; I then apply more steroid creams which eases the itching temporarily. But after seeing you and then avoiding the foods which you felt were causing the problems, the rash has improved greatly, the skin now longer itches and there is also a definite 'healing'  taking place on both legs. It is better than it has been for the past three years.

I will keep in touch and let you know should  the problem flare up again but meanwhile I am very grateful to you for all the help and good advice which you gaveto me when I came to see you. As you say, your remedy is so simple, it is actually hard to believe it works. I wish you continued success in the good work you are doing.              Alison, Bath
